EXCHANGES Any items that need exchanging need to be returned to Baby Biker, 11 Union Road, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV32 5NB within 7 days of receipt as long as it is unused with all labels intact.  Please include your name and address and a daytime contact number and a letter explaining what size/style/colour you need in exchange.  Please note there will be a return post and packing charge for the exchange items to be sent out as per our terms and conditions.  Items being returned for refund must be unused with all original packing and labels intact and refund will be for the item only and does not include any post and packing charges paid as per our terms and conditions

SUMMER OPENING HOURS - OPEN MONDAYS with effect from Monday 12th April until end of August we will be open 6 days a week Monday through til Saturday from 9.30am until 6pm daily - including bank holiday Mondays

PART EXCHANGE POLICY  Our new policy is that we can offer up to 30% off a new garment as long as it is a like for like part exchange.  We can only accept one part exchange item per new item purchased, and the return item must have all zips intact and be of good saleable quality.  If the item is well worn unfortunately we wont be able to accept it in part exchange.  We do not part exchange any motocross items, helmets, t-shirts or general fashion items, and can only part exchange on items that are originally purchased from us. WE CAN NOT PART EXCHANGE KIDS CLOTHING TOWARDS ADULT ITEMS.

POSTAL PRICES    POST OFFICE PRICES ARE FOR A 5-7 DAY DELIVERY AS WE ARE UNABLE TO DISPATCH EVERY DAY.  OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FED EX DELIVERY ALSO IF YOU NEED THE ORDER QUICKLY 

OPENING HOURS  Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursdays,Friday and Saturday from 9.30am until 6pm. from 12th April til the end of August.  From September until end of March we will be closed on Sundays and Mondays.

 All orders placed over the weekends will be dispatched Monday/Tuesday  according to stock availability
